Cases for airlines are made of the most light-weight materials available, marked indelibly and per the ATA 300 Cat 1 specification. Jan-Al Cases offers HDPE in .1875 and .25 with hot-stamped markings including custom logos with foam applications per each airline’s specification.

Jan-Al Cases has the capability to build containers as large as 40’ and as small as a few inches. Combinations of weldments and case walls have been an area of expertise. Please contact the company regarding CAD, designs, or a quotation.

We work in Solidworks and CNC. We are able to translate CAD to Cam and precision cut everything from foam to plastic and laminated plywood. We can provide a Rough Order Magnitude Quotation for budgeting and quotations with escalation timelines if needed. Jan-Al is able to work within the parameters of non-disclosure agreements and from blueprints.

The company has provided consulting to Airlines for America (formerly known as the ATA). Currently, the company is providing cases to a number of airlines and continues to search for best practices while reducing the carbon footprint both within its own manufacturing and for its clients during the case’s life cycle.
